M de Alejandría: tradición e innovación
M de Alejandría es una apuesta por la tradición y la innovación. En la Finca La Alberca de Teulada-Moraira crecen las uvas para elaborar un vino con la variedad autóctona, la moscatel. Inspirado en los ice wine el proceso para su elaboración es la congelación de las uvas. ¿El objetivo? Conseguir todos los aromas y sabor de una variedad única, por el terruño, el clima y la proximidad del mar. De cada vendimia se obtiene una serie limitada y numerada. Vendimia 2021, 4200 botellas.

Tosca Ensemble, quinteto para viajar con la música.
Proyecto musical y artístico que nace con el objetivo de mantener viva la música original para esta formación y aproximar los diferentes tipos de música existentes al público actual de una manera dinámica y entretenida. Presentado dentro de un contexto innovador, más allá de la música clásica abarca otras vertientes que completan el proyecto.

M de Alejandría: tradition and innovation
M de Alejandría is a commitment to tradition and innovation. At the Finca La Alberca estate in Teulada-Moraira, grapes are grown to make a wine with the native Muscatel grape variety, inspired by the ice wine process. Inspired by ice wine, the process for its elaboration is the freezing of the grapes. The objective? To obtain all the aromas and flavour of a unique variety, due to the terroir, the climate and the proximity to the sea. A limited and numbered series is obtained from each vintage. Vintage 2021, 4200 bottles.

Tosca Ensemble, Quintet to travel with music.
Musical and artistic project born with the aim of bringing the different types of existing music to the current public in a dynamic and fun way. Presented within an innovative context, beyond classical music, it includes other aspects that complete the project.
